Agents of the Civil Guard and the National Police will escort the arrival of the first vaccines to the Valencian Community to guarantee that this Sunday the vaccination process begins in seven residences, all of them free of COVID-19 and that have not had cases for at least 90 days. Vaccine reception points will not be reported to ensure their safety. The escort by the State Security Forces and Bodies will also be carried out to the residences where the first vaccines will be administered.

Vaccination begins this Sunday in residences in Alicante, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Torrent, Rafelbunyol, Benissanó, Almassora and Burriana
This first batch of vaccines will be sent refrigerated, so the operation set up by the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal y Salut Pública implies maintaining the cold chain (between 2 and 8 degrees) until its correct administration.
As of Monday, deliveries will take place on a weekly basis and with an approximate average of 31,000 doses in the case of the Valencian Community. These deliveries will be made at three points in the Community, located in Alicante, Castellón and València, from where transport to the vaccination points will be managed. The process will begin on Sunday morning in seven residences of the Valencian Community located in the towns of Alicante, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Torrent, Rafelbunyol, Benissanó, Almassora and Burriana, where people from these centers who have confirmed their acceptance will be vaccinated.
