The distributor Ecomedia, which specializes in office supplies, launched a loyalty program called the partner club at the beginning of the year. Customers who take part in the program collect points with every purchase that they can exchange for rewards. Examples include Netflix vouchers, REKA checks or Europapark admissions. For example, 50 points are due for a Spotify voucher worth 39 francs.
As Ecomedia reports, around 8500 points have been collected since the beginning of the year and after two months 30 customers would be able to receive their first rewards. As is known from other loyalty programs, Ecomedia also offers the option of drawing a particularly large number of points when purchasing certain products. For example, in March you get double the number of points when you buy Aukey chargers. “In the coming months, too, we will focus on a sub-range as a monthly promotion. So our customers always have the chance of additional points and at the same time the breadth of the Ecomedia range is gaining visibility, ”explains sales manager Philipp Schaeppi. (rd)
