Lichtenfels ?? Defendants do not always appear as tidy and almost harmless as the 20-year-old, who had to answer in the district court on Tuesday. Especially not if their actions are drug related. But apparently the man who violated the Narcotics Act had participated in a purification.
The public prosecutor’s office had collected six charges against the Lichtenfelser in the course of time. They all came from the year 2019 and especially from autumn and winter. But almost always it was about a profitable resale of hashish and marijuana. Sometimes it was 0.3 grams, sometimes 3.3 grams, sometimes four grams.
Received 220 euros
The current trainee earned a total of 220 euros from these sales between October 18 and St. Nicholas Day. Money and goods were almost always handed over due to agreements made via Whatsapp. It was the commercial aspect of the deeds of the man with no criminal record.
Judge Matthias gave him the opportunity to take a stand on the allegations and soon experienced a calm and level-headed twen. “I have no more contact with the people,” said the man and admitted everything from the indictment. “Yes, I did that, definitely.” But the Lichtenfelser not only appeared credible because of his linguistic sorting, also because of the consequences he himself drew for his actions. “It then became really clear to me that I was committing a crime,” he explained the dominant thoughts on the basis of which he made a decision. What he wanted was an inpatient detox in Kutzenberg.
Drawn a line
“That was the end of the line and I said to my dad: It’s time. I don’t touch it anymore, I don’t want to be addicted anymore.” But in the event that a relapse ever occurs, the young man assured him that he wanted to face long-term therapy.
After all the assurances, judge Matthias Huber began to be interested in the defendant’s other past lives. It was about school, professional goals and the way of life so far. Regarding the latter, it could be said that the accused had no previous entries in the certificate of good conduct, while the former revealed that he had difficulties to overcome, but ultimately took care of his apprenticeship himself. The 20-year-old is now in his second year of training and was able to report that his training company is satisfied with him.
Judge Huber agreed to suggest that the public prosecutor refrain from punishment in the classic sense. “I am of the opinion that you are well on the right path,” said Huber. No suspended sentence or fine should be imposed.
One year training
Instead, Huber presented the Lichtenfelser with the choice of taking part in regular lifestyle training for a year. Otherwise it could get worse. The 20-year-old immediately accepted the offer.
