[국제]”At least 18 people killed by military police shooting in Myanmar…Blood Sunday reenactment”

Myanmar’s military and police fired again indiscriminately at the anti-coup protesters, reenacting the worst bloodshed.

One civic group claimed that at least 18 people died in various parts of Myanmar on the day of today (3rd).

Reuters reported that at least 13 people were killed in military and police shooting in Mandalay, Yangon, and Pakan, as well as five people killed in Monyuwa in the Sai River area.

Reuters said that the Myanmar civic group Political Prisoners Support Association (AAPP) said that at least 18 people were killed and that the number of deaths is likely to increase.

Earlier, AFP quoted local medical staff and said that at least 10 people, including 7 people, 2 Mandalays, and 1 Mingzan, were shot and killed in Mongyuwa.

On the 28th of last month, a massive bloodshed occurred three days after the so-called’Blood Sunday’, where at least 18 people were killed by police indiscriminately firing across Myanmar.

On the night of the 2nd, ASEAN held a videoconference with the foreign ministers, but in a statement by the chairman, it only revealed its principled position, “I urge all parties to refrain from promoting violence and to resolve the situation peacefully.”
