No more traffic lights, no electricity or lighting in the shops, the Guillotière district of Lyon (Rhône) is like frozen this monday 1is mars 2021.
A generalized cut
The sliding doors of the stores do not open any more, the cash registers are off: it is the bazaar in the district of Guillotière.
Without a traffic light, cars must keep pace.
This Monday morning, a similar cut was observed in Villeurbanne.

Around 11:30 am, electricity gradually returned to this district of Lyon.
