The Saint-Nicolas hospital center in Sarrebourg has temporarily suspended new admissions to the cardiology department because a few cases of Covid were detected there at the beginning of the week. According to director Mélanie Viatoux, this measure is part of the reinforced protocol for controlling the spread of the virus, applied immediately in the event of a viral outbreak in hospital. “To date, the situation is under control. The cardiology department is not closed, ”says the director.
