They have left us… (March 2021) – L’Essor

LRise of the Gendarmerie regretted to record, in February, the death following among our subscribers, U.S readers and others Correspondents. Their names also appear in the section obituary from issue 551 of your magazine, dated mars 2021. Thus inscribed forever in our columns and in our memories.

LRise of the Gendarmerie extends its sincere and saddened condolences to the families and comrades of those who have passed away. We pay tribute to them.

Champagne-Mouton : M. André Dorion, 23-1-21, 91 years old.
Angoulême : Mr. Gabriel Thibaud, 24-1-21, 94 years old.

CHARENTE MARITIME
Royan : Mr. Daniel Bourgeois, born 28-4-1958, died in Royan on February 10. He had mainly carried out his career in the Gendarmerie (1986-2001) in the nautical units from Savines-le-Lac, Royan, Pointe-à-Pitre and Ouistreham. An experienced pilot diver and underwater investigator, he has also received numerous written congratulations for his spirit of innovation and availability.
