– Abidjan, Feb 27, 2021 (AIP) – UNESCO and the Ivorian Ministry of National Education, Technical Education and Vocational Training are launching a project to build the capacity of remote primary and secondary teachers on the whole country, by means of educational technologies. This project led by UNESCO sets up a regional platform for distance learning and teaching for 10 French-speaking African countries in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to ensure educational continuity and to make education systems more resilient in the face of crisis situations.
