The workshop consists of an analysis and debate of Les Miserables, one of the greatest works of universal literature. We will approach the chapters of the novel progressively, contextualizing social, literary and historical aspects. At the same time, we will enable entrances to the world of cinema with various axes that go from the various adaptations for the big screen, the life of Victor Hugo, decisive characters of the time and other themes that are connected with the universe of the novel.
Encounters by Zoom will be recorded and sent every week, in the same way as the films that are commented.
We start the week of March 15th. No prior knowledge is necessary.
