Guadalajara /
The Cabañas Cinema, one of the most important spaces for the projection of independent and art cinema in Jalisco, reopened its doors this February 25, after having been closed for 11 months. There will be screenings Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m.
For this last week of February and the first of March, it is scheduled to screen Sadness and Joy in the Life of Giraffes, a film by the Portuguese director Tiago Guedes.
In March, four functions are planned to commemorate International Women’s Day. An outdoor projection is also scheduled in the Patio Los Naranjos, which is located inside the Cabañas Museum, with a maximum capacity of 100 people.
To guarantee the physical integrity and health of the attendees, the Cabañas Cinema will operate at 35% of its capacity, that is, only 47 of its 168 seats will be available. The cost of the ticket is 35 pesos.
