Red Bull Salzburg has given goalkeeper Carlos Coronel to their sister club New York Red Bulls. The 24-year-old Brazilian will transfer to the Major League Soccer club trained by Gerhard Struber from Salzburg by the end of the year
Coronel still has a contract with Salzburg until 2023. He has so far made eleven competitive appearances in Salzburg’s professional team. As a substitute goalkeeper for Cican Stankovic, the German Nico Mantl, who was brought in in winter, is now on the bench.
