Already worried for driving without a license, the driver hurries at the sight of the police officers to park the car a little further and flees on foot. He is caught up and apprehended in rue Molière, after having rebelled.

Taken to the police station, the defendant was the subject of a procedure for lack of license and insurance and rebellion. He was released at the end of his police custody with, therefore, a summons to justice.
