Broadcaster No Hong-cheol lamented as he corrected the price of his apartment that he had sold in the past.
On the 24th, in a live talk broadcast of Kakao TV’s entertainment’Tom Tom Chapter 3′, he said, “I had a ride on a cruise ship on the Han River during Chapter 2 broadcast.” It’s been 4 billion recently,” he said with a bitter expression.
Noh Hong-cheol said, “As soon as I sold it, 1.2 billion won has risen,” while looking at the apartment located along the Han River in the first episode of Chapter 2 of’Ants Are Today’.
Noh Hong-cheol said, “Our house was on the royal floor. One day, an unknown doctor came to me and told me to sell the house.” He said, “The rust came out and it was old, but why did I try to buy more than 50 million won.
The apartment that No Hong-cheol sold was known as Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment. It was the place that won the bid through a court auction in May 2010. At that time, it was a house that attracted attention by receiving a successful bid for 2,217 million won at a 160㎡ (54 pyeong) auction and buying it about 400 million won cheaper than the price.
Noh Hong-cheol sold Apgujeong apartment and later moved to Huam-dong. In 2016, the two-story building in Yongsan Haebangchon Shinheung Market was purchased for 670 million won, and after remodeling, the’Cheoldeen Bookstore’ was operated.
Unlike now when it became a’hot place’, it was an old residential area at the time. After the Noh Hong-cheol bookstore was established, the word “No Hong-cheol effect” came into being, as emerging markets were revitalized and the streets of Haebang Village were revitalized as the media went up and down.
It is reported that two years later, Noh Hong-cheol sold the building again for 1.44 billion won, leaving a margin of 700 million won in market price. Since then, the house in Huam-dong, Yongsan, which was purchased in 2017, was renovated to open’Hongcheol Book Bread’, which is still in operation.
