February 24, 2021, the Government Gazette website Publication of the Royal Command, Her Majesty the King, graciously granted the rank of the commissioned military, meaning that His Majesty King Phra Ramathibodi Srisindhorn Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Wachiraklao Chao Yuuang has graciously graciously graciously graciously granted command of military rank lower than general class.
By virtue of Section 15 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2560 (2017), together with Section 4 and Section 9 of the Royal Ordinance on Government Administration Act, B.E. 2560 (2017), Section 10, Section 13 and Section 15 of the Royal Decree for organizing government and personnel administration His Majesty the King in 2017 and Section 5 of the Military Rank Act, B.E. 2479, therefore Conferred military rank below the general rank of 7 officers as follows:
1. That Lieutenant Colonel Phattharaphong Eklap was a lieutenant colonel
2. That Major Phanthaphat Saipanya is a major
3. That Major Ying Onanongsiriwachiraphak is a female major
4. Acknowledging that Major Ying Sirikanda Tippayawachiraphak is a female major
5. Acting at Captain Somsri, mixing it as a captain
6. That Lieutenant Wasan Phongsuk is the second lieutenant
7. That Lieutenant Thanaporn Phothong is a lieutenant
No. 1 to No. 2, No. 5 to No. 6 from February 9, B.E. 2020, No. 3 from January 26, B.E. 2020, No. 4 from February 8, B.E. 2020 and No. 7 from 30 March 2020, announced on January 19, 2564, being the sixth year of the present reign.
