Our position of Marketing Projects Manager can meet your expectations!

Attached to the Marketing Distribution department, you contribute to the development and customer satisfaction of the Business market, by defining and implementing marketing and sales solutions.

Your Main Missions:

Your missions

  • Determine customer policy and implement customer segmentation of the market:
    • Be a force of proposal to develop and monitor the ranges of offers for each segment of market customers
    • Contribute to the definition of development and profitability objectives for its customer segments and / or offers (complementary health, provident, savings, other services, etc.)
  • Around offers and services:
    • Co-construct or redesign the offers / services with the design teams (Groupe VYV or partners)
    • Facilitate and manage the marketing with the commercial networks of the Business market and on the digital channel
    • Follow the results and analyze the effectiveness of the commercial actions and the relational contact plan
    • Participate in the creation of a truly differentiating customer experience with the animation of flagship projects
    • Propose the relationship strategy for each segment and be responsible for its implementation by involving the departments concerned
    • Develop conquest efforts by animating and optimizing existing sources of customer acquisition and by seeking new approaches
  • Animate the development policy of the entrusted market segments:
    • Design, manage and coordinate the Commercial Action Plan with all the players in the sector
    • Develop and implement the tools necessary for the deployment or improvement of insurance or service solutions in conjunction with the other departments concerned
  • Propose and write an editorial line and a content strategy :
    • Create and animate the community of customers and prospects on the themes defined in connection with the managed segments
    • Participate, if necessary, in the implementation of customer listening tools (focus group, face to face, monitoring and dialogue on social networks, questionnaires, etc.)
    • Contribute to the media communication plan
  • Position yourself as the point of contact and work in cooperation with your counterparts and the departments involved in the projects.
  • Stay on the lookout for market developments (customer behavior, innovation, competition, regulation
  • Supervise projects or files whose implementation is supported by operational and digital marketing managers (design of customer documentation, POS, marketing actions, etc.)

Profile:

You hold a bac + 5 diploma with a specialization in marketing
You have at least 5 years of experience in the areas of strategic marketing and definition of customer policy. You had the opportunity to pilot the launch of offers in a B2B universe. You are creative and also have an appetite for operational marketing.

You have demonstrated your interpersonal and writing skills, your ability to organize, coordinate and unite around projects during your experience. You are used to managing multiple projects at the same time. You are curious, methodical and a force for proposal. You know how to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
