The fishermen of the North have benefited from more than 10,000 isothermal boxes as part of an operation closed last week in Larache, indicates the Chamber of Maritime Fisheries of the Mediterranean (CPMM).
This operation aims to enhance the competitiveness of the sector and better preserve the catches of artisanal fishing boats located in ports and unloading points on the northern coasts extending from Larache to Saïdia. It involved 3,400 small-scale fishing boats, with the distribution of more than 10,200 isothermal boxes and 3,400 additional covers for handling catches.
Thus, each small-scale fishing boat has benefited from 3 isothermal boxes and an additional cover for handling the catches, indicates the CPMM.
