This is because currently it is the rainy season which causes the potential for dengue transmission to be high. .

Head of the Public Health Service Division of the Denpasar City Health Service, dr. IB Eka Putra when confirmed Tuesday (23/2) explained that Dengue Fever or Dengue Fever (DHF) is an infection caused by the dengue virus.

“By independently carrying out the 3 M Plus movement, namely Draining, Closing, Removing / Recycling, and Sprinkling larvicide powder (abate powder) on water reservoirs that are difficult to clean, this can be done regularly at least once a week independently, while for Mass fogging has been carried out by the Village / Subdistrict Government, “he added

Eka Putra also hopes that the community will also actively maintain the cleanliness of the environment and avoid puddles in the house or in the area around the house.

In addition, his party also invites the public to monitor water reservoirs that have the potential to be positive for larvae in a sustainable manner, raise larvae eating fish, use anti mosquito, using gauze mosquito in every ventilation hole of the house, do not get used to hanging clothes in any place and improve cleanliness and environmental health
