Lhe future Vetrotex district is slowly taking shape in Chambéry. On Wednesday February 17, a 39-ton, 27-meter-long and 3-wide footbridge was placed over the Leysse. It connects Vetrotex to avenue de la Boisse.
“The whole point of connecting the footbridge to this avenue is that there is a chrono line bus that goes to the city center and the station on one side, and Technolac on the other, explains Isabelle Dunod, deputy for sustainable mobility at the town hall of Chambéry. This will connect future inhabitants with these areas, but also with the cycle path that goes to the city center. “
