(Estimated reading time: 2 – 3 minutes)
The name Kristine Mirelle is still rather unknown in this country, but that should change soon with her current song: The aspiring artist released her new single “After the Butterflies” on February 14th. We immediately fell in love with the danceable catchy tune. Therefore, we would like to introduce you to the suspected hit track, for which there is also a great music video.
Kristine Mirelle
Kristine Mirelle comes from New Mexico and has experienced quite a few adventures in her life so far. In her childhood she worked in a tortilla factory. Even then, her greatest passion was music. And this was soon promoted: In her younger years Kristine won four national piano competitions. She became known nationally with her participation in X-Factor, where she was among the last 10 participants. The singer has performed up to 250 gigs a year in recent years and has not only appeared in the clubs of Los Angeles and Las Vegas; She was on the move on 6 continents to inspire people with her music. It was certainly a special highlight that she was given the honor of singing the national anthem in front of a sizeable audience at the LA Dodgers Stadium. She has also been seen around the world as the face of Heineken in advertising. Kristine is also very active socially, as she teaches music and performs in special school centers in Thailand and in African communities.
Butterflies
After two highly regarded albums and several singles, Kristine is currently working on her new long player, which is entitled “Spanglish” and has star guests like Baby Bash and Frankie Moreno. Here she takes up the sounds of her Latin American musical education and skillfully combines the Spanish and English languages. The first single “Butterflies” makes you want more: Fiery, contemporary Latin-Pop sounds and a crisp beat make up the detoxified sound design. The melody was written to hit, because both the verses as well as the bridge and chorus cling to the ear immediately. This is also thanks to Kristine Mirelle, because her extraordinary and passionate voice makes “After the Butterflies” a unique musical pleasure.
Conclusion: With “After the Butterflies” Kristine Mirelle delivers a great appetizer for her upcoming album. The modern Latin pop song should be seen at eye level with international productions and stands out through Kristin’s dreamy singing, which is incredibly recognizable. We wish Kristine Mirelle every success with her new single in Germany and internationally and we will stay tuned to her!
