Montauban-de-Bretagne. The media library accepts donations of books and CDs

Since Tuesday, the media library has adapted to the new national curfew, set at 6 p.m., by modifying its public reception hours. It is now open Tuesdays and Fridays, from 2 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., and Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Thursday (10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) and Saturday (9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.) h 30) are not changed.

In addition, at the start of the year, many users are wondering if they can donate their duplicate gifts received at Christmas. The media library reminds that it can receive donations of books (novels, documentaries, comics, children’s books) and CDs, but that DVDs are not accepted for broadcasting rights reasons.

Nevertheless, the proposed works must be recent (less than 3 years) and in very good condition. Dusty or damp books which have come out of the cellar or attic cannot of course be taken back. Finally, priority will be given to titles not already appearing on the shelves of the media library.

Donors who are sufficiently comfortable with the computer tool can check the availability of books on the online catalog.
