3- French Fries:
It causes a lot of damage, so besides adding large amounts of calories, it is also harmful to the liver greatly, because it is rich in saturated fats, which lead to increased liver fat and resistance to insulin produced by the body.
4- Vegetable oil:
Vegetable oil containing omega-6 oxidizes more quickly with cooking, which contributes to liver damage by fatty liver disease.
5- Cold cuts:
Cold meat is a hidden source of sodium in the diet, and excessive sodium intake can cause an imbalance in the fluid levels in the body, making the liver unable to function, and it may cause major problems.
6- Living:
When you eat bread, refined carbohydrates lack fiber, which leads to high blood glucose, then insulin secretion, followed by fat deposits in the liver, which leads to serious diseases of the liver, so you should reduce your intake of bread.
