High-definition 60 FPS support, Zelda Skyward Sword HD released in July

The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword, which has been constantly requested by fans for remakes, will be released as a remaster to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the series.

Nintendo released’The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword HD’ through Nintendo Direct for the first time this year at 7 am on the 18th. The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword is the 25th anniversary of the series and was released on the Nintendo Wii in November 2011. Master Sword, Invitation Link, and the origin of the Legend of Zelda series. The unique combat method using Wimocon and the excellent dungeon design were well received. Thanks to this, there was a request from many fans to be remade to the Nintendo Switch, but the HD remastered version was finally released to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the series.

As a remaster, this game supports 60 frames per second and HD quality, out of the low resolution and processing speed unique to Wii. Also, the Wimo-Con motion control that was supported in the previous work was replaced with Joy-Con. The right-handed joy-con operates the sword, the left-handed joy-con operates the shield, and actions such as shooting a bow using both hands are possible. In portable mode or Nintendo Switch Lite where Joy-Con is not available, you can swipe the right stick to swing the sword and shield at various angles.

In commemoration of the release, a special design Joy-Con will also be released. The right Joy-Con is a master sword, and the left is Hylia’s shield. This product is released along with the game and costs 84,800 won.

The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword HD will be released on July 16th. Korean language is officially supported and the price is 64,800 won.
