A young entrepreneur launches her graphic design business in Saint-

After studying graphic design in Quimper, Rennes, then Annecy, Enora Chaine, 24, decided to return to her native archipelago to establish her business there. She works with several local businesses to help them establish their visual identity.

Enora Chaigne had no plans to return to Saint-Pierre et Miquelon once her graphic design studies were completed. At the end of her master’s degree, a local company contacted her.

“She offered me a creative project, because they needed a brochure.”

The project interested her, but she first had to finish her work-study program and set up a structure “to work legally”. After saying “on in rediscute”, She finally took the plunge. At the end of a month spent in the archipelago during the summer of 2020, she decided to “launch the entrepreneurship machine”.

Promising beginnings

Usually my day starts off like everyone else”Explains Enora Chaigne, sitting in front of her work computer in her kitchen. “The only difference is that I work from home”, She adds. She has just created her digital design company. She wishes to collaborate in priority with associations and companies.

Marie Daoudal and Jérôme Anger met her:

“I will help them with their communication on social networks, especially on the types of posts they will be able to put up visually.”

The beginnings of the young company are rather promising. Among its first clients, there is Archipel Développement, and Léa Académie. With this second company, it is above all a question of having a “more structuring approach”, Because the young woman took charge of the creation of the visual identity of the company and in particular of its logo.

The designer also posted a survey on the needs of companies in Saint-Pierre and Miquelon in terms of graphic design, to better understand its activity.
