Feldkirch, Salzburg The Rauris Literature Prize 2021, endowed with 10,000 euros, goes to the Feldkirch-born author Benjamin Quaderer, who grew up in Liechtenstein, for his debut novel “Forever the Alps”. The jury praised Benjamin Quaderer’s debut novel “Forever the Alps” as “as entertaining as it is profound and literarily ambitious”. The debut shows great literary maturity. It is a litter, “says the reason. His debut novel, widely praised by the media, is a close-up view of the strange customs and traditions in the tiny Principality of Liechtenstein, which became famous primarily as a banking center and oasis of black money.
