Texas oil opens 0.93% higher, to $ 60.61 | Economy | America Edition

The price of intermediate oil of Texas (WTI) opened this Wednesday with a rise of 0.93%, up to 60.61 dollars a barrel, pressured by the interruptions in production caused by the winter storm in the southern United States.

At 09.05 local time (14.05 GMT), WTI futures contracts for delivery in March totaled $ 0.56 compared to yesterday’s close.
