This campaign is part of the multi-year tree planting program provided for in the 2019-2025 Angevin Landscapes Master Plan which provides for the annual planting of 50 fruit trees, 50 street trees and 50 signal trees, as well as the implementing urban forests (at least 150,000 young plants by 2025 by creating or strengthening wooded areas.
Fruit trees, from old varieties, will be planted in shared orchards spread over the city. The town hall recalls that these fruit trees, located in the heart of neighborhoods in parks, gardens and squares, shared and family gardens, are accessible to users in free picking
