Established in Bezannes since 2017, the GIE ICGA is recruiting new employees in order to continue its development.

Created in 2017, the Generali Agence Client Compensation GIE currently has around 100 employees and aims to reach 145 employees by the end of the first half of 2021.
A unique structure in France and dedicated to the management of Generali General Agents claims, the ICGA GIE specializes in the management of Automobile claims and Property damage of Pro and individual policyholders.

Closer still to its Agents and their policyholders

After experiencing significant growth, ICGA is undergoing major changes and wishes to strengthen its links with General Agents. As a result, claims managers become the privileged interlocutors of these agencies and offer a complete follow-up of the files and are the direct relay with their customers in order to ensure a proactive follow-up of their claims. To speed up this implementation, the structure is recruiting, at its Bezannes site, claims managers on permanent contracts, confirmed but also beginners in order to strengthen its teams.
The company is looking for profiles with initial experience in the fields of Insurance or Customer Relations. Training ? “We recruit beginner profiles that we train over a period of 6 weeks in insurance fundamentals and compensation techniques. These managers are also initiated and supported in remote customer relationship management. We give our employees access to a certifying training which allows them to have a real mastery of the profession ”, indicates Émilie Maillot, Human Resources Missions Officer.
