An administrator of the Pau à Vélo association is to be tried this Tuesday, February 16, 2021 by the Pau criminal court for contempt of a person holding authority, in this case a gendarme.
Pau à Vélo took action to denounce the lack of cycling facilities. One of the activists who wanted to demonstrate loudly at the start of the inauguration had resisted the gendarme who wanted to dismiss him (video 1/4).
The two had fallen to the ground, twice (videos 2 and 3/4).
The man had insisted, until being arrested (4/4).
