Specifically, the 61-year-old is said to have committed the crimes between 2015 and December 21, 2020. He was well equipped for that. He owned three long guns including a silencer, which is why he was also accused of unauthorized possession in court.
Right at the beginning of the hearing, his defense lawyer announced that the composer, as before, would confess. He would not have shot the birds out of hatred, but “to protect himself something”. “The musician needs his hearing to do his job,” argued the defender. Gradually, however, birds have nested around his expensive studio and endangered his “livelihood”.
