Brazil’s ex-world champion Rivaldo has advised his compatriot Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain to transfer again. In an interview with the Brazilian television station TV Globo Rivaldo said that France’s Neymar would have to move to one of Europe’s four major leagues. He estimated the likelihood of the attacking star being transferred to Real Madrid as “very high”.
“Neymar is the best player in the world,” said Rivaldo. “But to reach his full potential, he has to leave PSG,” he said.
Is it coming to Real Madrid?
Neymar only went to the French capital from FC Barcelona in the summer of 2017 for the record sum of 222 million euros. Recently, however, he has been linked to a transfer to Los Blancos.
According to Rivaldo, the change of his compatriot is imminent. “I think it is very likely that he will go to Real,” said the 46-year-old.
