For six months, we will take you to meet professional sports coaches. Passionate, these workaholics spend hours in contact with their athletes to try to guide them on the path to success. An omnipresent and sometimes complex function. That’s good news: specialists in the region will take the time to present it. In fro and through! – In the field of sport, coaches are mentors. From start to finish, they take the athletes in hand. Advise, guide and reassure them to bring them to the highest level. To achieve this, they must dissect and analyze a multitude of information. Manage the physical but also the mental aspect to master all the facets of a preparation. A total commitment that is not always understood by relatives, great witnesses of daily life. To dive into the heart of the locker room, we had to convince these professionals to open up to talk about their raison d’être: the search for performance.
