Southern Nevada Health District COVID-19 Helpline Capacity Expanded

LAS VEGAS – The Southern Nevada Health District has expanded its COVID-19 helpline capacity. The helpline is now available seven days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, and a new phone line provides more access to people seeking help with appointments and information. In addition to (702) 759-1900, people can now call (702) 455-0696 for help making or canceling appointments, or if they have questions.

The Health District continues to urge individuals who may have made multiple appointments to cancel duplicate appointments to allow another person in need to get vaccinated. People are given a link to do so and should check their spam or spam folder if they can’t find it. Individuals can also call the helpline numbers or email [email protected] for assistance.

Operations will close on Monday, February 15, in observance of Presidents’ Day.

More information on COVID-19, including case updates, vaccination clinics, and available resources, is available on the Health District website at www.SNHD.info/covid. Additional information and resources can be accessed at the NVCOVIDFighter.org .
