Asunción, Paraguay, IP Agency.-On Avda. San Antonio, in the city of the same name, the first of the bridges replaced on the road was enabled for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Although painting and signaling work has yet to be completed, the authorization was carried out for a few days to speed up traffic in the area, reported the Ministry of Public Works (MOPC).
It is the first of two bridges that will be replaced, benefiting 70,000 residents of San Antonio.
In the case of the bridge on San Antonio Avenue, it will be 30 meters long, 10 meters wide and with pedestrian walkways.
After completing this front, the next bridge to be replaced is located at the junction between Avenida de Los Eucaliptos and Río Negro, at the entrance to the Las Garzas II neighborhood.
All these tasks are in charge of the company Arenales SA and the investment is over G. 10,000 million.
