Restaurant owners in the Rhône department will be able to reopen their doors at noon to welcome construction workers who would like to enjoy a hot meal. The Rhône prefecture has just authorized the reopening of establishments for these employees.
Each restaurant must sign an agreement with construction companies and send it to the prefecture. On the other hand, in this health context, this reopening remains very strict and is controlled by the State authorities. Obviously, the barrier gestures as well as the sanitary protocols of collective catering must be respected within each establishment.
To avoid any abuse, professionals in the sector must present their construction identification card in order to be able to eat during the lunch break.
Note that this temporary agreement allows restaurateurs to open, but also to keep government aid.
