US President Joe Biden had his first dialogue with Chinese President Xi Jinping yesterday. White House officials revealed that Biden and senior government officials are about to advance the second legislation to develop an economic revitalization plan with infrastructure as the main axis. The White House also stated that Biden will discuss the plan with local chiefs on Friday, but declined to disclose the scale of the plan.
