(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Hyo-jeong = Twice’s agency JYP Entertainment apologized on the date of the controversy that the hanbok motif costumes that girl groups Twice Dahyun and Chaeyoung showed in one video were similar to Black Pink’s music video costume design.

JYP recently posted a video on YouTube that covers TWICE’s Dahyun and Chaeyoung’s’Let’s Change to Me’ of Rain and Park Jinyoung.

In this video, it was pointed out that Dahyun’s black top with a soother on her shoulder is similar to Jisoo’s hanbok motif top in the black pink’How You Like That’ music video.

Then JYP apologized through a fan page announcement on the 11th, saying, “The hanbok did not properly recognize the product or similarity purchased from the hanbok maker. I am truly sorry for this.”

JYP said, “I deeply apologize to the (original costume) designer with an explanation of the situation,” and said, “I will take more care so that this will never happen again in the future.”
