The year 2021 promises to be the opening of the long-awaited health house at Charleval in L’Your.
The project launched at the beginning of last year should be completed at the end of February beginning of March.
And the Maison de santé will open to the public in May.
Because March and April will be devoted to interior design by the health professionals themselves.
This opening in May will finally come to close a file which in fact started in 2012 in Charleval where during a territory diagnosis carried out by the Social Center, the need for this structure was clearly identified.
Association Mazille, bringing together health professionals, was then created, working to put together a case with the competent authorities.
In 2017, the Community of communes took up the file as recalled by Philippe Gérics, the president of the Community of communes Lyons Andelle.
Despite these delays, there was no disaffection with the health professionals’ project.
Only one week late
And to confirm:
To date, there is only a small week delay on the site. A delay that we hope to catch up. If all goes well it will open well in May.
Because despite the health crisis, the work has continued well in recent months.
As for the first rendering: Philippe Gérics confides to be happy with “the aesthetic aspect with these bricks in relief on the facade and functional of the nursing home. It is a great achievement for the region ”.
So in May, the twenty health professionals will be able to start welcoming – according to the health rules in force at that time – the general public.
The police station
This year 2021 will also be the year of the realization of a dossier that is also eagerly awaited, the construction of a new gendarmerie in Fleury-sur-Andelle.
So last year, the bulldozers wiped out the old college.
A deconstruction project that is more than important and especially long because of the asbestos present in the materials used during the construction of the various buildings.
Tenders are in progress. Work is expected to start in April.
Another important project for Com’com, estimated for the time being at 3.3 million euros.
Small towns of tomorrow
In addition to these important projects, the Community of municipalities will continue its daily work with its Youth Info Point.
With five municipalities selected for the ‘Small towns of tomorrow’ scheme, the five mayors concerned, supported by Com’com, will therefore clearly define their project.
A timetable will be defined. An agreement will be signed in February with the State.
Website and mobility
A new website will be launched with the aim of being more attractive.
In March, elected officials will have to position themselves as to whether or not to take up an important skill, mobility.
It is a real issue for us, a territorial issue. It is important for the ecology and the well-being of the inhabitants.
Climate, air, energy plan
In June, elected community officials will this time vote for the Climate, Air and Energy plan.
It is also a very important file where the actions to be implemented will therefore emerge.
Lastly, in July, elected officials will be asked to decide whether or not to take jurisdiction over the Inter-municipal Local Urban Planning Plan. Three information meetings with elected officials will take place “so that they make their decision with full knowledge of the facts. “
And to Philippe Gérics to add: “The PLUi will be what we want to do with it. It is the Cdc which decides but the Cdc it is them, the elected officials of the communes. “
We are also continuing our work on the Romilly-sur-Andelle business zone. Because it is important. We no longer have space in our areas when we have potential candidates.
This year, a sports platform will also see the light of day in Lyons-la-Forêt, after that of Bourg-Beaudouin.
