Your tasks

Responsibility for the transition from an existing ERP system (SAP) to Infor
Responsibility for pre-go-live, go-live, post-go-live and the creation of a fallback concept
Development of a detailed cutover checklist and a project plan
Preparation and coordination of the hypercare phase
Project management of the cutover and the changeover to the new system
Coordination with the project managers for rollout, tests, data migration and conversion of the existing business processes
Contact person between the project and the cloud providers
Ensuring a successful handover of “built to run”
Collaborate with other project managers, team leaders and program leaders in developing communication and escalation procedures
Status reporting, escalation point for all cutover problems

your profile

Project experience in the implementation of ERP projects, especially in the introduction of new ERP tools
End-to-end deployment experience with a focus on cutover activities in a large international ERP implementation
Experience in project planning and related tools such as MS Project, Excel
Ideally, know-how in project management with Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage
FMCG project experience
Cooperation, communication and organizational skills
Independence, commitment, flexibility and willingness to travel for business (if possible again)
Fluent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German
