Seine-Saint-Denis. Eight police officers in custody for “violence” and “possession of drugs”

Eight police officers belonging to the territorial contact brigade of Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) were placed in custody on Wednesday at the General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN), in particular for willful violence and possession of narcotics.

The officials are suspected of “willful violence by people holding public authority, forgery of public documents, arbitrary arrest, and possession of narcotics,” said the Bobigny prosecutor’s office, confirming information from M6.
