3rd year Bachelor course
This course exposes the major issues of corporate financial management. It begins with the analysis of long-term investment choices. It then presents the different types of long-term financing before tackling the central questions of the optimal financing structure and the distribution policy of companies. The third part describes options and futures and their applications to corporate finance. The last part looks at problems of cash management and corporate control.
