Coinciding with International Safe Internet Day, SundanceTV premieres “Nudes,” a Norwegian drama about (lack of) intimacy in the age of Snapchat and Tinder. In addition to great music documentaries (about Metallica or Paul Simon), Joe Berlinger has filmed major “true crime” projects since the 1990s. After “Conversations with Murderers: The Ted Bundy Tapes”, repeat on Netflix with this anthology series about mysteries and crimes and the places where they happened. “Riverdale (S5)”, the reunion seven years later.
Capital moment for fans of “Riverdale”: the long-awaited episode of the seven years ahead in time arrives, those that have elapsed since the protagonists’ graduation. Apparently Archie (KJ Apa) has been in the Army; Betty (Lili Reinhart) has trained to join the FBI, and Jughead and Veronica (Camila Mendes) are returning, apparently with new partners. “Little birds”, sensuality “arty” for Valentine’s Day.
Starzplay premieres this Valentine’s Day adaptation of “Pajaritos”, Anaïs Nin’s collection of erotic stories. Created and directed by the multifaceted artist Sophia Al-Maria, it features the great Juno Temple (“Killer Joe”, first season of “Dirty John”) as Lucy Savage, the young woman who surrenders to the underground life of Tangier after feeling the indifference of her husband Hugo (Hugh Skinner).
