Forecasts point to new snowfall expected on Tuesday in the northeastern region, with another 30 cm expected in places and still conditions close to a blizzard. According to data recorded since 1869 in Central Park, this snowfall is among the most important recorded in New York. The record dates from January 2016, with nearly 70 cm fallen in three days.
