Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Minister Byeon Chang-heum took his sweat away from the question,’What is the basic taxi fare?’ in a question to the government of the National Assembly on the 5th.

The basic fare for a medium-sized taxi varies by region and is 3800 won in Seoul. The basic fare for city buses in Seoul is 1,200 won and 1,300 won in cash when paid with a transportation card.
