Bethesda, via his official Twitter profile, says goodbye to Robert A. Altman, CEO and co-founder of the parent company of TES and Fallout authors, ZeniMax. Altman had 74 years old and leaves behind a wife and two children.
Here are Bethesda’s farewell words, in translation: “We are extremely saddened to announce that Robert A. Altman, our CEO and founder, has passed away. He was a true visionary, a friend and believed in the spirit of the people and what together they were capable of accomplishing. He was an amazing leader and an even better human being. ”
“We are proud to be able to carry on the values and principles that Robert taught us. We extend our deepest condolences to Robert’s family members who are part of our family and who have always treated us as a part of theirs. Thanks for everything you’ve done for us, Robert. Rest in peace.”
