This 2021 continues to be a year full of great technological innovations, this time starring Oculus who announced that this week Messenger will arrive on its virtual reality (VR) platform, which will allow Quest and Quest 2 users to communicate with their contacts through a Facebook account.
In the event that Messenger users have the Oculus Quest or Oculus Quest 2 on, they will not have to remove it to be able to chat with a friend, it will be enough to activate the writing mode with virtual reality, selecting a pre-written conversation already started or through of the voice and its conversion into text.
What has attracted the most attention about this link between the two great technology companies, which is that it simplifies the creation of a group (Oculus Party) so that they can play the same title with all their friends.
At the moment, the company stated that the integration for all users would arrive this week, however, it remains to wait for them to announce the specific day and above all, see how users respond to the new function and merger of services.
