Republican congressmen opted on Wednesday to keep Liz Cheney, the number 3 conservative in the US House of Representatives, who supported the “impeachment” against former President Donald Trump, in their leadership position.
In a secret ballot, 145 Republican congressmen voted in favor of Cheney while 61 did so against.
