New York – In 2015 it was pretty much the world’s most coveted address, 432 Park Avenue in NewYork City. On the corner of Central Park, a super-slim skyscraper more than 425 meters high, it was both literally and figuratively the top of the global market for super-luxury apartments. Six years later, the owners are at odds with each other and the project developers. There is a lot rattling at the exclusive address.
