Comprehensive Travel Insurance policy is available for customers residing and located in Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta , the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom; it includes the following elements:
- 24/7 access to emergency medical assistance;
- cancellation insurance ;
- coverage of medical expenses abroad;
- coverage for loss or theft of baggage;
- cover in case of missed departure;
- accidental death coverage.

The cancellation insurance policy is available for customers residing and located in Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal , in Spain, Sweden and Switzerland; it includes the following elements:
- coverage in the event of cancellation;
- cover in the event of trip interruption.

The premium is calculated automatically at the time of booking and varies according to the length of stay. Trips longer than 30 days are not covered. To purchase insurance, you and anyone traveling with you must be under the age of 65 when the policy is purchased. Coverage is not provided for travel to or through Cuba.
