Little brought an innkeeper from the Main-Spessart district to appeal against a judgment for bodily harm that the district court of Gemnden had filled in the summer. The man, then 61, had been sentenced to a fine of 3,000 euros. Shortly after 2 a.m., he said in Gemnden, in July 2018 he noticed two people on his terrace and wanted to scare them away.
