After seven straight wins, the Los Angeles Clippers lost to Atlanta last Wednesday. But they have moved forward and now remain on a series of three consecutive wins, after that obtained with the New York Knicks (129-115) on Sunday.

After a balanced first period (66-65 for LA), the Clippers came off the score (101-89 at the end of the third quarter). New York managed to come back (105-103, 40th), but Los Angeles again went on the offensive (114-103, 124-109) and was no longer worried.

Kawhi Leonard was the Californians’ strongman, with 28 points scored. Reggie Jackson (18 pts), Paul George (17), Serge Ibaka (15), Patrick Patterson (13) and Marcus Morris (11) also contributed to the success of the Clippers. Hit in the groin, Nicolas Batum did not play.

On the Knicks side, three players scored more than 20 points: Julius Randle (27 pts), Immanuel Quickley (25) and RJ Barrett (23). Frank Ntilikina was left on the sidelines by his coach.
